• In the first step we will help you to understand the status quo, for the relevant technologies. We do this through conducting an in-depth IT-Infrastructure analysis.
• Using this information, we understand the requirements for your future solution, through conducting an analysis workshop with your stakeholders (Board of directors, IT, Key-User).
• Building on the previous steps, we will present you the first solution-designs in the form of an Experience Tour-workshop, which we will also use to create a more concrete design, using your feedback.
• In the next stage we conduct an analysis-workshop, where we collect the feedback of your key-users through letting them use and experience the solution in a live environment.
• Using all of the information gathered up until this point, we will then design a manufacturer neutral and objective solution design, that best meets your requirements.
• Optionally, we can provide you with a proof of concept of the recommended solution within your organisation. We would also support the POC and using the feedback of the users we would design a business case, in order to quantify the  productivity gains that the solution has brought.
