The Poly RealPresence Group 310 is ideal for small meeting rooms and personal workplaces. Setup and configuration are easy, and the compact and sleek device can be positioned out of sight. The Group 310 is available with a variety of cameras to suit any location.
Optional licenses can be used to expand the system’s range of functions. For example, a second video output or a multipoint conference bridge (MCU) for video conferences with several remote end-points on the system can be activated via an optional license key. Poly’s Group 310 can also be combined with the Poly EagleEye Director II and Poly EagleEye Producer. The Director II is equipped with two cameras and seven built-in microphones, providing an automatic and seamless transition between the real-time recording of the active speaker or group. This allows participants to focus on their meeting and eliminates the need to manually pan, tilt and zoom the camera.
Once a speaker has been located in the room, the EagleEye Director II Camera Tracker uses face recognition algorithms to determine whether the user is talking to other people in the room. The camera automatically zooms in and places the speaker in the optimal framing.
The Director II’s 2 EagleEye IV cameras with 12x zoom enable the simultaneous display of the entire room and the active speaker. Poly’s RealPresence Group Series is a video conferencing system certified for Skype for Business and Office 365.
