The Neat Bar
The Neat Bar is a video conferencing system in a compact design, specially designed for zoom. It is perfect for providing high-quality audio and video in your environment.
The Neat Bar is suitable for up to 10 people, but can also be used in small rooms. The package includes a speaker box with three sensory microphones and five rigid microphones. The sensory devices automatically adjust to the speaker volume. The rigid microphones detect general noises. The system also has noise cancelling. This function enables the filtering of disturbing ambient noises.
The included camera with 4x zoom has a 4K resolution. It also has a field of view of 120 degrees and auto framing. This means that the camera captures all persons who are in the room and speak. Automatically a person is recognised when speaking and put in scene. This also works when a new person enters the room.
The device is easy to install and can be combined with one or two monitors. The included Neat Pad can be used as a zoom controller for the system or as a scheduling device.
The Neat Pad
The included neat pad includes an 8-inch touch screen with Full HD resolution. It has been designed specifically for one room.
It has two microphones and speakers. A Kensington lock is supplied to ensure security.
The Neat Pad can be used as a zoom controller or as a scheduling device. The Zoom Controller can be used to control the system during a meeting and to mute participants. In the Scheduling Device mode, the meeting room can be booked.
The screen is shared either by cable or wirelessly.
Through the Auto Log In/ Log Out system, the Neat Pad, which is placed in front of the room, automatically detects a person entering the room and opens the meeting and connects the person. The same happens when a person leaves the room. The session closes and logs the person out.
The solution is also suitable for training sessions or if you want to present yourself. The design makes the device very mobile and therefore easy to use in meeting rooms.
The bar and the pad are both equipped with POE, so instead of two cables you only need one for power and network supply.
